The Department of Mathematics manages 6 guest apartments and 12 guest rooms located at the top floor of buildings 1530 (A), 1535 (B) and 1540 (R). The rooms/apartments are primarily reserved for postdocs and professors affiliated with Aarhus University.

Prices

Guest apartments

• DKK 2,625.00 for the first week (7 nights) excl. VAT
• DKK 1,750.00 for each of the following weeks, excl. VAT

Guest rooms

• DKK 330.00 per night the first 14 nights, excl. VAT
• DKK 250.00 for each of the following nights, excl. VAT (the price is applicable from February 1th, 2009)

Extra bed and linen

• DKK 150.00 for each started week, excl. VAT

VAT

For occupancies totalling 29 nights or less you have to add 25% VAT.
For occupancies totalling more than 29 nights you do not have to pay any VAT.

Cancellation and no arrival

Cancellations can be made up until 2 pm on the day before arrival. If you fail to arrive without cancelling in advance or if you cancel after 2 pm on the day before arrival, you will be charged for one night.

Apartment/Room layout

The apartments are three room apartments (living room, master bedroom plus ordinary room/office) with their own bathroom and kitchen. Guest rooms have their own toilet/bathroom but share a kitchen with the other guest rooms in that building.
