I am a second year PhD student in mathematics at Aarhus University, under the supervision of Prof. Simon Kristensen.
Before that I did my bachelors degree as well as a year of my masters degree also at Aarhus University, where I wrote my bachelors project "Diophantine approximation on the parabola" supervised by Simon Kristensen.
I work in number theory, more specifically metric Diophantine approximation. Diophantine approximation concerns how dense the rationals are in the reals. I am interested in problems regarding metric Diophantine approximation on algebraic varieties.
For this several branches of mathematics are used, e.g. dynamical systems, measure theory, analysis, harmonic analysis and algebra.
