My field of interest is Hermitian non-Kahler geometry. In particular, my research is focused on the analysis of the geometric and topological properties of complex manifolds equipped with special metrics, and on the study of Hermitian curvature flows preserving these geometries. The interest in both these aspects can be traced back to the problem of geometrization of complex surfaces.
