I do research in cancer, primarily in the bladder, where I mainly focus on cancer immunology. I perform analyses of T- and B-cell receptor sequencing data from both blood and tumor samples to investigate how the T- and B-cell landscape may influence treatment response. I combine this with analyses of proteins in the blood and the genomic and transcriptomic profiles of the tumors, to get a better understanding of the development of cancer and treatment response.
Postdoc focussing on cancer research. As a bioinformatician, I primarily do data analysis and modeling. I am also a supervisor for students.
