This postdoctoral position is funded by the Villum Young Investigator project Understanding C*-algebras by inducing symmetries. The aim of the project is to study étale groupoid C*-algebras and to describe their ideal structure and KMS states. This will, in part, involve studying representations induced from isotropy groups.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in operator algebras. Preference will be given to candidates whose research background aligns well with the objectives of the project.

The project will be in the field of probability theory and analysis with an emphasis in Stochastic analysis. The position is funded by the ERC advanced grant RanGe. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic, international research environment and work closely with Professor Baudoin and other members of his group.
The start date is flexible but the earliest date is 1 January 2027.
