I am interested in interactions between (Complex) Differential Geometry and Algebraic Geometry: for example, in the role of Kähler-Einstein metrics to study moduli spaces of varieties, especially near degenerations (moduli compactifications). Furthermore, I have been working on aspects of non-Kähler Complex Geometry, e.g., search of new canonical metrics.
During the years I have been teaching several Bachelor, Master and PhD classes, mostly focusing on geometric subjects. Here the most recent ones:
- Complex Geometry (Master, Spring 2024);
- Geometry of Bundles and Chern-Weil Theory (Master, Fall 2024).
